Yes, we do travel and have a fully equipped mobile valeting van to bring our services directly to you. However, for jobs outside of South Yorkshire, additional charges may apply to cover travel costs. We’ll always provide a clear breakdown of any extra fees before confirming your booking.
On the day of your valet, all we need from you is access to an electric socket to power our equipment. We also require a minimum of 1.5 meters of space on each side of the vehicle to work comfortably, and our van must be within 5 meters of the car for easy access to all our tools and supplies. This ensures we can provide the best service possible without any delays.
We understand that plans can change, so we allow clients to reschedule their appointments. However, please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
